<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p>

<ol>

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.

</li>

<li>

Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.

</li>

<li>

Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and

discount rates.

</li>

<li>

Represent AmbitionCo at trade association meetings to promote products and

services.

</li>

<li>

Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales

representatives.

</li>

<li>

Meet with key clients to maintain relationships, negotiate, and close deals.

</li>

<li>

Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units.

</li>

<li>

Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.

</li>

<li>

Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and

projections.

</li>

<li>

Stay current with product applications, technical services, market

conditions, and competitor activities.

</li>

</ol>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p>

<ol>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li>

<li>Proven track record in sales and managing a sales team.</li>

<li>

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

</li>

<li>Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team.</li>

<li>Excellent negotiation and closing skills.</li>

<li>Strong verbal and written communication abilities.</li>

<li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced and competitive environment.</li>

<li>Willingness to travel as needed.</li>

<li>Passion for staying updated with industry trends and market shifts.</li>
