Nautilus ECM Administrator

Responsible for implementing the Nautilus enterprise content management system, which will support the enterprise infrastructure of the Bank. Gathers, validates, and translates technological requirements into design and development specifications while providing product support and management of the system.

Requirements

• Develops and maintains resource planning programs in order to achieve business objectives. Establishes policies and procedures for assigned project. Customizes and configures workflow to allow the integration of applications. Oversees existing workflow solutions.
• Assesses and interprets business needs and translates business requirements into technological requirements to increase efficiency. Updates existing system logic as needed.
• Manages the daily activities of assigned project; develops budgets, establishes timelines and goals, trains and oversees staff to ensure successful completion.
• Serves as liaison between management, business unit, technology staff and end users.
• Ensures systems will be setup with system and user security consistent with Banks’ information Security Policy. Develop procedures for best practices.
• Provides management with periodic reports to monitor progress.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.
