CLEAR is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the office of CLEAR's Co-Founder and CEO. You will have a finger on the pulse of your leader's and of the organization’s needs, while acting as a gatekeeper and ensuring a seamless day to day.


What you'll do:

  • Partner with the Executive Assistant to CLEAR’s Co-Founder and CEO to support the office of the Co-Founder and CEO by staying ahead of and on top of daily needs
  • Ensure leader is kept on schedule and on time for meetings daily
  • Plan and execute internal and external meetings, appointments, and events 
  • Handle all travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation and travel itineraries; obtain visas, passport renewals, or any other travel documents
  • Resolve expenses monthly

  • You become the trusted partner and “go to” for all things while maintaining the utmost professionalism/confidentiality 
  • Your to do list is thorough, always up to date, well maintained, and action items are resolved quickly

  • You have experience supporting an executive in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • You move quickly, are a master problem solver, and remain calm under pressure
  • You can successfully juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • You have strong emotional intelligence, possess both IQ + EQ, self awareness and professional maturity
  • You have strong project management skills; you think ahead and anticipate needs
  • You seek to understand- you’re intellectually curious and are always asking “why?”
  • You have a 24/7 mindset and do whatever it takes to get the job done 
  • You’re never satisfied with the status quo and always thinking “how can we do this better?”
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
