The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as assistant to Oakland Integrated Healthcare Networks' incoming CEO.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the CEO's schedule
- Communicating on behalf of the CEO to staff, board members and partner agencies
- Generating reports for the CEO
- Special projects
- Answering phones
- Assisting other management staff as delegated by the CEO
Required skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in healthcare administration
- College degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
