Description:
The temporary Administrative Assistant will be directly involved in several projects within the HR department. This position would be Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 4:30pm and is a temporary position only. Located in Minnetonka, MN.
Responsibilities:
• Attendance Tracking
• Rewards submittals
• Personnel Filing
• Data entry, filing
• Light sourcing/recruiting
• Meeting scheduling
• Disability Leave Tracking
• Creating New Hire packets
• Setting up New Hire Orientations
• Job Postings – internal and external
• Filing of HR paperwork
• Light sourcing/recruiting for production positions
• Some introduction phone screening
Requirements:Skills and Experience Requirements:
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma
• 1-2 years HR experience preferred, but not required
• Strong efficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Must have the ability to be discreet and handle confidential information
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple projects with minimal Supervision
• Must have positive, upbeat attitude
• Must have the ability to be flexible
• Solid professional, communication skills both verbal and written •
