Process Engineer, Assembly - Great Hours! / Direct Hire

Direct hire, Process Engineering opening in Greenville, SC. Must have 3+ years of manufacturing experience and a focus on continuous improvement in assembly, packaging, and shipping. Join an organization that offers an unmatched company culture, with a modern manufacturing facility and great benefits and work culture! In this role, you will be leading continuous improvement efforts for the plant's packing and assembly area. Must enjoy taking ownership and working both independently and in a team setting. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in an Engineering discipline
• Management of packing and assembly processes and people
• 3+ years of manufacturing floor experience, leadership 
• Continuous improvement project work
• Safety leadership is a plus!
