Product Regulatory Compliance Engineer - International Manufacturing

International Product Regulatory Compliance Engineer role open for a full time professional with 3+ years experience in manufacturing product compliance. International compliance and a Mechanical Engineering Degree is required. Should have experience in dealing with organizations such as CSA (Canadian Standards Association), CE (European Conformity), and other global regulatory agencies.

Be part of a 3 person Compliance Team!

In this role, you will ensure that all new and existing products are up-to-date with third party standards and third party compliance organizations globally in China, India, Europe, etc.

Requirements:

• 3+ years related work experience in manufacturing product compliance - International agency experience desired.
• Engineering Bachelors Degree required - Prefer Mechanical Engineering
• Submit new product listings/ certifications in a timely manner. Aid Design Engineers, product development, and other departments on product compliance issues.
• Ability to analyze decisions and identify, develop, and initiate compliant solutions.
• Significant knowledge of products, operations, and a full understanding of all significant third-party and regulatory issues across the international market.
• Act as the main contact with third party agencies. Maintain listing documents and test reports and ensure product marking in accordance to compliance requirements.
• Host the external agency audits from listing agencies and submit responses to findings.
