Job Description:

• The objective of this role is to provide support for the Luxe Sales Ops team responsible for various business functions brands in the Luxe Division. Main responsibility is to aide the team for the Lancome Brand due to a maternity opening. Variety of administrative tasks which include report generation,  email distribution/communication, file set/up and maintenance and data entry into L'Oreal Systems. Retrieve data from a variety of sources across Luxe Systems and databases to update files. Generate, review formatting and distribute weekly reports to key users. Assist team members by pulling and providing reports and various analytical reports. Data entry for allocations for new launches into Luxe allocation system using finalized order forms and team direction on allocation method. Manage order form files, follow up with cross functional teams to ensure details are provided timely. Manage meeting invites for order form meetings, including agendas and recap notes. Assist team by setting up Promotional allocation file templates and various other support files and trackers. Adhoc file prepping to provide team members opportunity to analyze. Assist team members on merchandising files and collect and organize field force merchandising requests to assess allocations. Role could include new projects that fit into this Sales Administration type tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Pay rate $29
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Administration / Analysis or like job field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Power BI proficiency experience
• Prior experience working with an SAP environment a plus not required
• Cosmetics or Beauty industry experience is a plus not required
