• Fulfill hardware, peripheral, and special technology requests ensuring prompt deployments.
• Serve as onsite Logistics focal for deploying equipment.
• Ensure equipment is functioning and sanitized before redeployment.
• Create UPS labels and send shipment notifications with tracking information.
• Sort and disposition incoming equipment and wireless items.
• Cross-reference equipment orders and field requests ensuring shipments are correct.
• Schedule and complete hardware refresh appointments with vendor technicians.
• Organize stock room ensuring accessibility and performing routine maintenance.
• Travel as requested to assist with equipment deliveries and pick-ups.
• Work closely with Client Service Technicians and Business Application and technology staff to process bulk equipment orders, schedule imaging sessions, and perform quality assurance for large-scale projects.
• Initiate the electronic surplus process by creating and submitting requests to dispose of equipment following security and safety measures.
• Identify hardware trends and report inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain daily inventory summaries and weekly reports in MS Teams.
• Provide status updates to the Unit Manager.

• 2 years of professional work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven cohesive team environment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Detailed-oriented and good critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Teams.
• Driver's License.
