Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Fulfill hardware, peripheral, and special technology requests ensuring prompt deployments.
- Serve as onsite Logistics focal for deploying equipment.
- Ensure equipment is functioning and sanitized before redeployment.
- Create UPS labels and send shipment notifications with tracking information.
- Sort and disposition incoming equipment and wireless items.
- Cross-reference equipment orders and field requests ensuring shipments are correct.
- Schedule and complete hardware refresh appointments with vendor technicians.
- Organize stock room ensuring accessibility and performing routine maintenance.
- Travel as requested to assist with equipment deliveries and pick-ups.
- Work closely with Client Service Technicians and Business Application and technology staff to process bulk equipment orders, schedule imaging sessions, and perform quality assurance for large-scale projects.
- Initiate the electronic surplus process by creating and submitting requests to dispose of equipment following security and safety measures.
- Identify hardware trends and report inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain daily inventory summaries and weekly reports in MS Teams.
- Provide status updates to the Unit Manager.
Requirements: - 2 years of professional work experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven cohesive team environment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented and good critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Teams.
- Driver's License.
