DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer position open in Greenville for a direct-hire engineer with a specialization in AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, and CI/CD. This is an onsite position with a growing team, where you will build and maintain cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring the reliability/scalability of applications.

Requirements include:
 

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):  Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using Ansible.  Maintain and optimize AWS resources, including EC2 instances, RDS databases, VPCs, and more. AWS best practices knowledge.
• Kubernetes Expertise:  Deploy and manage Kubernetes/EKS clusters for container orchestration.  Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of Kubernetes/EKS environments.
• CI/CD Pipeline Automation:  Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, and Bitbucket CI/CD.  Implement automated testing, integration, and deployment processes.
• Monitoring and Logging:  Implement/maintain monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure system health.  Set up centralized logging (e.g., ELK Stack) for tracking and troubleshooting issues.
• Scripting and Automation:  Python, Shell, or Bash.
