Opportunity Overview:
We are in search of a proficient and enthusiastic Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to become a valuable member of our dynamic team and play a key role in our mission of automating existing data infrastructure gaps and converting data into actionable insights. As a BI Engineer, you will collaborate with our team of skilled developers, product owners to construct reporting products, while upholding best practices and standards. You will report to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence and join a Cohere team driven by a collective commitment to supporting healthcare providers and patients. This position offers the chance to have a substantial influence on the company, with the potential for rapid career advancement in a highly visible environment.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal alignment.
