- Leads a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback, and ensuring that sound methodologies and best practices are employed to produce accurate deliverables in a timely manner. Identifies staff training opportunities.
- Creates and oversees processes to receive, document, prioritize, and assign new requests for reports, track progress on both ad hoc and recurring reports, and communicate with internal customers in a manner that ensures high customer satisfaction. Introduces work processes and automated tools to track work and issue service level agreements.
- Identifies and executes strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Data & Analytics team, including implementing new technologies, tools, and processes.
- Partners with department leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage analytics and data to improve performance.
- Translates results of analyses into conclusions that are accessible to non-technical department and executive leadership.
- Evaluates and recommends software solutions and tools to meet the needs of VillageCare
- Leads business requirements design sessions.
