| DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE | | | | | | |
| Interpretation of manufacturing drawings, national & international standards to create process relevant quality assurance documents to compile client/standard/organization requirements. | |

| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | | | | | | | |
- Review of client specification/code/standard/manufacturing drawing to incorporate prepare project specific requirement on organization standard document like method statement, procedure, work instruction, check list, etc., to full fill the client requirement.
- Co-ordination and preparation of method statement along with production department.
- As per organization & client requirement, incorporating the stage wise inspection check points in method statement.
- Co-ordinating with design department to prepare NDT requirements for the components.
- Interacting with various department like sales, project, design, procurement, production, etc., to prepare detail inspection methodology procedures for all incoming raw material and bought out items.
- Preparation of detail inspection test plan and working instruction for painting, packing and logistic department.
- Detail procedure and work instruction for open box inspection at site while receiving the material at customer place.
- Co-ordinating with service and design department to create the site installation check list.
