Job Title: Sr. Executive - Quality
Experience: 3-5 years
Job location: Seepz, Andheri (E), Mumbai.
CTC Range: up to 8.0 l.p.a
Priority: Notice period not to exceed 1 month.
Job Description:
1. Hands-on experience using industry standard statistical packages and/or custom programs to create statistical models and analytics applications.
2. Knowledge in programming in one or more of the following statistical tools: Minitab, Crystal ball or equivalent statistical tools 3. Knowledge in statistical algorithms such as linear regression, ANOVA, etc.
4. Apply Statistical techniques to various analytical projects to analyze data and build models.
5. Perform metrics analysis and publish baseline report at the organization level.
a) Prepare data for processing by organizing information, checking for any inaccuracies, and adjusting and weighting the raw data.
b) Plan data collection methods for specific projects and determine the types and sizes of sample groups to be used.
c) Report results of statistical analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
9. Supervise and provide instructions for employees collecting and tabulating data. Coaching employees on Statistical Process Control concepts.
10. Initiate best practice sharing across the team 11. Person should have a very good understanding on CMMI Process Areas 12. Should have hands on experience of implementing CMMI processes 13. Maintenance of the Quality System Documentation e.g. Preparation of Guidelines, Procedures, Standards etc.
14. Escalation of any risks/issues identified in project to Head – Quality.
15. Responsible for complying with all information security policies and processes 16. As directed, undertakes such additional duties and responsibilities that may arise from time to time and are commensurate with the grade of the post.
