The Job
As a Senior Demand Generation Manager at Panther, you’ll be the centerpiece of our growth initiatives, powering the adoption of Panther’s next-generation Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll own all of Panther’s digital and social marketing channels and campaigns, developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads, qualified sales pipeline, and revenue.
This is a high-profile role on a dynamic, high-performance team that will drive the next phase of Panther’s growth. You’ll collaborate closely across marketing, sales, partnerships, and go-to-market leadership to ensure alignment and achieve key business objectives.

The Responsibilities
The Requirements
Cash compensation range: 135,000-155,000 CAD Annually
The cash compensation above includes base salary and on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full-time Pantherinos are eligible to participate in our equity plan to receive Incentive Stock Options (ISO). Individual compensation packages are based on a few factors unique to each candidate, including their location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the above-mentioned range.
