Marketing/Creative Coordinator

This coordinator will be responsible for:

• directing the conferences creative identity and help develop/further develop the brand
• assisting in the creation of our brand
• creating digital design materials for the conference (programs, name tags, posters, etc.)
• creating content for the conference website and mobile app
• creating and managing the conference's social media accounts leading up to and throughout the conference

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who:

• is very creative, maintains a design portfolio, and has done past work for conferences/events in the past
• has experience in a community manager, or similar, role
• has worked with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Adobe Indesign in the past
• is a great team player and able to understand/work with sometimes unclear feedback
• has a strong work ethic, but is fun to work with and maintains a sense of humour!

Although not required for the role, having an understanding of front end web technologies would be an asset.
