Role Summary / Purpose
Client Vernova’s Grid Solutions business is seeking a creative graphic designer to join our global marketing and customer experience team. In this role, the designer will focus on the user experience across all touch points including the design and release of sales collaterals and tools, websites, blogs, social media, customer events and technical conferences / tradeshows. Of particular focus will be the rebranding of our Grid Solutions marketing assets, including webpages, product collaterals and customer event materials. He/she/they will partner with a cross functional team of marketing and technical subject matter experts to create visuals in accordance with new branding guidelines.
This position is based in our Markham, Ontario office and is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office with the remaining days working remote.
As a graphic designer on our dynamic team, you will:
• Utilize InDesign to design and layout digital and print publications, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce engaging designs for e-books, whitepapers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Play a pivotal role in the rebranding process by redesigning existing assets in accordance with new branding guidelines.
• Work closely with the branding team to understand and implement the new visual identify across all marketing materials.
• Create layouts and supporting graphics for technical whitepapers, tradeshow posters and event speaking sessions.
• Design Marketo campaign collateral including landing pages, emails, and forms using HTML.
• Coordinate with the web development team to ensure assets are optimized for web and mobile platforms.
• Edit video content to create product- and company-specific promotional material.
• Benchmark B2B websites and collaterals to drive best in class designs.

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in graphic design with 2+ years of professional experience in graphics design, focusing on B2B industries
• Proficient in Adobe CC tools, notably InDesign, Photoshop and Premier Pro
• Proficient in HTML coding
• Strong knowledge and hands-on skills using Marketo
• Knowledge of digital asset optimization tools and techniques.
• Familiar with content management systems for seamless integration of designs.
