Reporting to the Director Marketing, the Marketing Associate supports, initiates and executes Evoco’s marketing programs. The Marketing Associate facilitates sales and business development through lead generation, lead nurturing; develops compelling sales tools, collateral and company website; continually evaluates performance against plan, and recommends the adjustment of marketing strategies and plans when required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Development & Management
• Research new and emerging marketing program opportunities to identify appropriate options for Evoco.
• Support, develop and implement marketing programs, including assisting with creative and concept development, program plan and budget, implementation of plan, and measurement of results.
• Assist in development – and lead execution – of marketing launch plans, in support of launch of new Evoco products and services.
• Maintain marketing program information and key supporting documents in Salesforce.com and other related systems.
Lead Generation & Nurturing
• Using Hubspot Marketing Automation platform, to drive and measure performance of various outbound and inbound marketing initiatives.
• Leverage Hubspot to improve effectiveness and results of campaigns.Develop, implement and measure the results of lead generation and nurturing programs such as trade shows, webinars, email, online and direct marketing. Test new program types, messages/content, media.
• Uses Salesforce.com as the primary corporate database for contact information for all customers, prospects/leads, partners, vendors, analysts, media and others. Develop the expertise to use Salesforce.com for list development, targeting or segmentation, and maintenance.
Marketing Communications.
• Design, write, and oversee the production of product marketing materials including sales presentations, product brochures and data sheets, web content, white papers, and other materials as required.
• Support internal and team communications as required.
• Has good understanding of key words strategy and can incorporate into overall copywriting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• College or University degree required. Concentration in Business or Marketing preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience in marketing with relevant B2B industry experience or technology services experience an asset.
• Self-starter, highly organized, able to work independently from plan with minimal direction.
• Strong leadership and consensus-building skills, able to work directly with Sales team, executives, partners, and product manager(s), at all levels.
• Pragmatic Marketing certification is an asset.
