We are looking for a Brand Manager to help support category growth. In this role, youwill analyzeour product positioning across category and leverage consumer insights, to help shape and communicate our mission and product attributes in support of our go-to-market strategies.
This role will play a vital part in supporting brand understanding at the point of purchase as well supporting plan development across product categories. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring opportunities to life and ultimately drive growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, the ideal candidate is creative, possess a strong strategic mind and has experience implementing targeted marketing campaigns that drive impact and category results.

- Strategy: Develop and implement product category strategies and plans to achieve short-term and long-term business goals. Ensure strategies are aligned with overall marketing department and companyobjectives.
- Deep Category Understanding:Supportcategory overviews, understanding opportunity, gap to target and competitor activities to inform positioning and strategies.
- Brand Development:Support the development and evolution of elements across touchpoints includingmessaging and point-of-sale. Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Innovation, Creative) to ensure brand initiatives are integrated and executed effectively.
- Budget Management:Support development of brand’s marketing budget. Track expenses and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance consumer and customer engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience: Previous work experience as an Associate Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing Associate or similar role.
- Skills:
- Analyze category positioning and understand consumer insights
- Translate brand elements into plans to support go-to-market strategies
- Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficiency in using data to measure and evaluate brand performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail-minded
- An ability to work independently and part of a team
- Highly motivated and driven, with strong interpersonal skills
- Curious and driven to ask questions for deeper understanding
