About The Role
VSCO is looking for a creative, growth-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to develop, produce and promote compelling marketing stories that manifest as successful, engaging campaigns which highlight the unique value of VSCO for photographers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing lead to identify and execute best-in-class strategies and tactics to attract, activate, and convert photographers to VSCO membership. The right candidate for this role is a scrappy, hands-on, product marketing expert with great storytelling and multi-dimensional marketing experience. Ideally, you are passionate about photography, you deeply understand the needs of photographers, and are a team player able to work well cross-functionally with business leaders while also driving outcomes independently.

Compensation
The base salary for this position may vary based on several factors, including the approved job level. The base salary range for this role is $167,000-$180,000. Salary is one component of our total compensation package. This position also qualifies for equity (i.e. stock options) and is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on performance. The benefits available for this position include flexible time off, a 401K retirement plan, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short and long term disability), and 11 paid holidays. We also provide paid sick time as required by state and local law. Additional benefits and perks contained in our standard employee benefits package are also offered for this position.
