Job Description:
Operates a data entry device to input and maintain lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format. Could also be responsible for performing daily department tasks such as monitoring email boxes, and creating and updating spreadsheets. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 4 - 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, applications, and procedures. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions could require exercising some independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Position Comments:
Order Entry/Receptionist is responsible to timely/properly produce and distribute title insurance document or title documents.
May assist with title process where necessary to meet appropriate customer expectations. High Volume and fast paced environment
This process may include any of the following: opening, setup, ordering, typing, examining, careful proofing, assembling, photocopying, and packaging. Double and triple check work. Distribute documents to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as requested, including: mail, filing, scanning, labeling, faxing, copying, indexing, etc.
Respond in a timely, professional, and courteous manner to questions regarding the status of documents when requested by other title staff or clients.
Follow up with other staff members to ensure accuracy of each of the products produced.
