 Qualifications:
Must be capable of creating complex tables; Must be able to follow precise styles and formats; Accuracy a must; Understand use of headers and footers; Create automatic table of contents; Will be required to assist with production (e.g., quality check hard copy, verify accuracy of pdf files/hard copy, assist with FedEx mailings); Must be flexible and able to handle a variety of work from small reports to large complex documents; Copy editing experience a plus. MS Word 2003 (expert skills) Adobe Acrobat 8 – (expert skills) will require pdf and bookmarking experience. MS Excel 2003 (formatting skills). CD copying and labeling 

Responsibilities: 
Specific Duties • Begin/end scheduled shift(s) on time; • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person; • Format and revise complicated documents with speed and accuracy resulting in a quality document; • Customize documents to clients' specifications; • Correct formatting problems within documents; • Anticipate problems and seek to resolve them; • Use intelligent reasoning when interacting with clients during sensitive times and/or service recovery situations; • Ask for help when needed; provide help when asked; • Work without supervision when needed; • Take full responsibility for all commitments to clients and escalate all service recovery occurrences to the Supervisor; • Follow departmental standards and procedures; and • Be a reliable team player and act in a professional manner at all times. Most Challenging Part of Job • Working against tight deadlines and/or under extreme pressure; • Being a reliable, functional resource to the department; • Maintain constant and sound communication, especially during stressful moments; and • Maintain communication internally and externally as to job status, any potential problems, probability of missed deadline, etc. Required Qualifications: Incumbent should be highly proficient in MS Office 2010 - Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio; WordPerfect, Acrobat Professional, Document Management Systems (Filesite, Interwoven, etc.), Workshare, among others, to provide solutions at the operator level • At least 2 years of on-the-job experience in a fast-paced legal production/center environment using industry-standard software; • Knowledge of corporate/legal Word Processing environment; • Knowledge of hardware and software compatibility issues; • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; • Ability to meet employer's attendance and other site policies; • Lifting up to 55 pounds with or without accommodation; • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check. Preferred Qualifications: • A high school diploma or equivalent GED
