Position supports technical as well as customer facing aspects of SAP HR Time Management and ADP Ev5 time-to-pay systems for all Client North America employees to ensure accurate and timely tracking of attendances and absences, and to deliver payroll services as required under Department of Labor, Client policies and local contracts including collective bargaining. Position adopts a proactive approach to complete management of components of the time-to-pay process, including report development, security role assignment, and interaction with HRIT and supports the Client HR system in provisioning employee demographics data to both SAP HR Time and Ev5.
Member of the Time Management Services team supporting outsourced time management and payroll systems for 31 legal entities, with 30,000+ employees in US and Canada
Subject matter expert to raise divisional SAP HRCore Time competencies by creating, maintaining and providing regular and custom training, hands-on training when requested, and consultation to business end-users, local time administrators, and other stakeholders as required
Subject matter expert to bring on the newly offered SAP HRCore Time system; provide regular and ad hoc training as required to monitor reporting system adoption
Strategies to operationalize and support of SAP HRCore Time system including management of custom programming, security roles and new functionality/configuration requests in HRCore System as dictated by circumstance from divisional requests and/or NAHR/internal initiatives
Identify and develop recommendations for standardization in SAP HRCore Time System and SOPs
Assist in the operational support of data and technical issues as an SAP HRCore Time resource; monitor volumes and identify trends for recommendations on corrective actions
Primary liaison between Division IT resources and Divisional LTAs to install clocks in manufacturing sites
Work with divisional Security Departments to interface badge data to SAP HR Time and investigate data issues
Work with Enterprise infrastructure teams to ensure network connectivity between Client locations and SAP HRCore Time environment
Responsibility for export of weekly and biweekly divisional SAP HRCore time data files, reconciling data files with reporting for payroll, and interfacing with payroll department resources on issues resolutions as needed
Skills: Emphasis is on SAP time (not Ev5 payroll) but a successful candidate would understand what happens with time data and how it is used for payroll.
Minimum 5 years' experience within an SAP time management role, ideally gained within a large and complex corporate environment
Ideally SAP Time configuration experience as well as functional process experience.
Ability to multi-task/manage a high volume of demanding projects
Demonstrate sound analytical skills & ability to convert and interpret data
Good knowledge of HR processes
Ability to focus on solutions & to initiate actions.

Complex SAP time management implementation and support experience; Expert in navigating, SAP data analysis, reporting troubleshooting; solid knowledge of HR operations, data processes and SAP time management processes; excellent interpersonal skills to guide division time management and payroll leads to resolve issues; strong technical experiences/knowledge working with the technical leads of HR systems; strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills; presentation and training skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
