REQUIRED JOB SPECS:
1. A Service Delivery Lead who will, under direction of a Program Manager, will conduct coordination and implementation tasking, including:
• WAN Upgrades
• End of Life Hardware replacement (EOL)
• Enterprise Voice (EV)
• Wireless LAN Upgrade (WLAN Upgrades)
• MS Partner OFF Site Facilities (OF Site) project coordination
• Office Relocations, Expansions and New Offices
2. Service Delivery Lead duties are; under the direction of a qualified program/project manager (PM):
• Assist with the coordination and delivery of multiple IT infrastructure/systems projects (networking, telecommunications, and systems projects).
• Act as the in location "Project Coordinator” and point of contact to support planning and implementation of the activities detailed at 3.2, onsite tasking includes:
o Site Surveys
o Escorting of vendors
o IT Infrastructure SmartHands Support
o System/Site Walkthroughs
o Inspection & Acceptance Testing (in accordance with PM provided checklist)
• Coordinate deadlines and vendors to maintain delivery schedules.
• Work with and manage supplier relationships in the delivery of projects and services.
• Make sure that all standards are met
• Identify technical and security concerns and work with the appropriate groups to report them.
• Document activities conducted and provide status reporting to PM in accordance with project schedules
• Escalation to PM of "in location” risks as identified
• Manage deadlines and individuals to maintain delivery schedules.
• Provide input for new process solutions and procedures
• Participate in and contribute to weekly status reviews/reports
