• Start as Part-Time 30 Hours/Week
• Salary: $10/Hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Conduct SEO research, implement best practices, and monitor performance to improve organic search rankings.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Klayvio, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
• Oversee social media channels, create engaging content, and interact with followers to enhance brand presence.
• Collaborate with the creative team on content creation, including video editing (nice to have), graphics, and other visual assets.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on paid media, SEO, email marketing (specifically with Klayvio), and social media management.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics etc.).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
• Video editing skills are a plus.
