Position: Sales Manager

Full Time

Rate: $6-8/hr (depending on experience) + commission

As a Sales Manager at QuickTeam, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the staffing/recruitment domain. You will oversee a team of sales professionals and work closely with the operations team to ensure the successful acquisition and placement of virtual employees for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the staffing/recruitment domain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and aligning solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure best practices in candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions to effectively position QuickTeam's services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing/recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in creating sales scripts and building sales funnel.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of staffing/recruitment industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
