Role Overview:
The company is seeking a detail-oriented, events-focused and creative Marketing Coordinator with 3-4 years of experience to join their growing and passionate marketing team.
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
External Communication:
- Collaborate with the content creator to produce impactful external emails.
- Assist with articles for guest posting adhering to provided guidelines.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media content strategies, including design and publishing.
- Analyze social media performance data to refine strategies and enhance engagement.
Event Coordination:
- Conduct thorough, data backed research to identify relevant industry events.
- Confirm event details with the Marketing Director and engage with event organizers for additional information.
- Collaborate with the Partners to ensure comprehensive event information is gathered.
- Present finalized event findings to the Director for approval.
Logistics Planning:
- Handle all aspects of event logistics, including travel and accommodation bookings, booth materials, and other necessary arrangements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for event organizers, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates.
Pre-Event Preparation:
- Import and clean CRM lists to ensure accurate data for events.
- Prepare all event materials and assist in creating pre-event debriefs.
Post-Event Activities:
- Organize and store all relevant event documents in OneDrive.
- Update CRM with new data collected from events.
- Perform event debrief with key stakeholders and keep the data accessible for future decision making re: participation.
- Take the initiative to suggest improvements for future events, including branding and creative ideas for swag.
