We currently work with over 2000 schools across over 150 school trusts in the United Kingdom, and we have ambitious growth plans. </p><p>We're looking for a <strong>Sales Partnerships Manager</strong> that is innately passionate about our vision to make every school a thriving community, and will play a big role in helping us to make that a reality by generating new business revenue. </p><p><strong>Direct reports: 0 </strong></p><p><strong>Core responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Engage with potential customers and help them become loyal partners of Edurio</li><li>Build and maintain, strong relationships with school and trust leaders </li><li>Represent Edurio’s values authentically with prospective customers</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing to reach new potential customers</li><li>Collaborate with customer teams to ensure there is an excellent end-to-end customer experience</li><li>Attend, participate in and host conferences, events and networking activities </li><li>Contribute to our thought leadership activity by bringing your own passions for education improvement to the table</li><li>Manage and forecast your new business pipeline via our CRM (HubSpot)</li></ul><p><strong>Experience you’re likely to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Passion for education improvement</li><li>Consultative and/or challenger solution selling to the education sector, preferably multi academy trusts</li><li>Strong understanding of school and school trust operations</li><li>Strong SaaS commercial acumen and awareness </li><li>Results oriented mindset, ideally with a proven record of achieving/exceeding commercial targets</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li></ul><p><strong>The attitudes we’d like to see, internally and with our prospective customers:</strong></p><ul><li>It is important to challenge the views of others</li><li>Giving and receiving feedback is valuable</li><li>Personal and business development should be driven by customer benefit</li><li>It is important to talk about our failures and successes openly</li><li>A commitment is very important to be honored</li><li>People can be trusted</li><li>We should seek help when stuck</li><li>It is important to get better at what we do</li></ul><p><strong>What we think you’d like to know:</strong></p><ul><li>You will be part of the wider UK commercial team, alongside another Sales person and our Customer Success team. We believe that Sales and CS go hand-in-hand to create a great customer experience. </li><li>Edurio rewards our team with a fixed salary and employee share options and does not practise performance based pay</li><li>Our typical customers are multi academy trusts </li><li>The tools and systems we use daily are Hubspot, Slack, Google Workspace (docs, meets, sheets, slides etc) </li><li>Your sales meetings will largely be held virtually but you will be required to travel to meet customers occasionally</li><li>The company is split between the UK and Latvia with a remote setup in the UK.
