Tajalla, is a creative agency based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our talented team of designers. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing various design projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with our clients' objectives and brand identity.
As a Senior Graphic Designer at Tajalla, you will collaborate with our clients and internal teams to develop creative design solutions that effectively communicate their messages to the target audience. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including digital collaterals, branding elements, newsletters, event visuals, and more.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative designer who possesses a deep understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering exceptional design work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute creative design projects from concept development to final implementation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, brand guidelines, and objectives for each project.
- Create and present design concepts that effectively communicate the desired message and reflect the client's brand identity.
- Produce high-quality visual assets for various communication and mareketing materials, such as email announcemnts, social media graphics, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, photographers, and web developers, to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new design techniques, and tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest standard.
- Maintain effective communication and establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their feedback and incorporating it into design revisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into visually compelling designs.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple design projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including branding, marketing collaterals, and digital design.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is highly desirable.
