Graphics Designer

We are partnering with our client, a leading company in the industry, to hire a Graphics Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and designs for various marketing materials, both print and digital. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphic designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and website graphics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives
• Translate concepts and ideas into visually engaging designs
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines
• Work with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality output of printed materials
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance design projects
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Graphics Designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with web design and HTML/CSS is a plus
• Experience in the talent acquisition industry is a plus
