Project Analyst - Consulting PositionBank
Duration: 7+ months (possibility of extension)
Location: Long Island City, NY
Pay Rate: $51.85/hour on a w2 with overtime rate $77.77/hour
Description:
- The Analyst will provide project management and tracking support to the business leads of the project streams
Specifically he/she would
- Prepare project plans working with the Project leads
- schedule and conduct regular tracking meetings
- maintain and keep the plan up to date
- prepare regular status reports for distribution within the team and for reporting upstream
- follow a process to identify risks and issues
- tracks the deliverables of the plan tasks and follows up for completion on time
- escalate if there are risks in achieving the plan dates
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and work experience (2-3 years) required.
Experience working in a similar role is required
The project involves implementing financial platforms - ledgers, reporting systems etc..
Experience working in a financial institution is needed. Further experience in similar projects is preferable.
Working in a financial institution in a reporting function can be substituted for 1-2 years of the project experience required.
