Description/Comment:Help the Company meet its revenue objectives through day-to-day administration of Pricing and Contract Strategy. Carry out day-to-day implementation of Pricing and Contract Strategy through work with internal and external stakeholders, and customers alike. Responsibilities (fundamental job duties): 1. Drive day-to-day implementation of Pricing and Contract Strategy through daily collaboration with Marketing, Field Sales, Inside Sales. 2. Work with Marketing, Field Sales, and Inside Sales to execute agreements for customers, rooted in data analysis, which deliver increased volume or price, while ensuring price and price structures are consistent with Pricing and Contract Strategy; work with customers, as necessary, to negotiate pricing and contracts in support of Field Sales and Inside Sales. 3. Provide Pre-Sales internal contract support & guidance to Field Sales and Inside Sales, including proactive identification of contract and pricing opportunities, within the parameters of the Pricing and Contract Strategy 4. Work to convert existing pricing arrangements to signed agreements 5. Handle creation of contracts from pre-defined templates. 6. Analyze and monitor customer adherence to contract parameters, working with Field and Inside Sales to apprise customer and work toward corrective action. 7. Maintain reporting and analysis of global contract and pricing efforts, measuring effectiveness of programs, and participate in development of course correction as needed 8. Ensure all approved requests have been properly documented in accordance to Sales Operations processes, escalated to the appropriate approval level, and resolved within committee, if necessary 9. Respond to process & policy questions and effectively communicate requirements to Field Sales and Inside Sales. Reporting Relationships: Reports to: Director, Global Sales Operations Dotted Lines to Director, Global Marketing and to Director, National Accounts/Contracts Positions reporting to this job: None External Interface: Customers, Vendors, Distributors, Prefillers Internal Interface: Field Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Business Analytics, Executive Management Job Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree required. Experience: Two or more years experience in analytical and/or customer facing role. Some analytical aptitude required. Skills: Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and oral communication skills, as well as analytical ability. Self-driven and motivated. Ability to work as a team player and follow company policy, procedures, and strategy. Ability to work under pressure, focus on resolving conflicts, and be persuasive. Innovative and resourceful. Specialized Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word and Outlook). Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
Additional Job Details:Must have: Excel skillset, be able to multi-task and organize a wide range of task. Meet deadlines and have excellent written and oral communication skills. This role also includes Accounts receivable and monthly offsetting and balancing of customer financials. •
