The Head of PMO is responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects related to infrastructure upgrades, LWTP's Winds of Change initiatives, IT, HR, and camps/facility management. This role ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, within scope, on time, and within budget while adhering to international best practices. Additionally, the PMO will implement program management to enhance project coordination and achieve strategic objectives.

Head of QA/QC, Contract Administrator, Project Quantity Surveyor (x2), Field Engineers (x2)
- Financial Responsibility: $3 million per annum
Key Activities and Accountabilities (what gets done)
1. Project and Contracts Management
▪ Establish a robust PMO framework and governance structure with related policies, tools,
documents and templates.
▪ Define and implement project management standards, methodologies, interdependencies and
resource allocations across projects within the program aligning with best practices.
▪ Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects within budget ensuring adherence
to timelines.
▪ Managing contractors and contractor performance to ensure successful project delivery.
▪ Oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required
standards.
Risk, Resource and Stakeholder Management:
▪ Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop risk assessments, mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
▪ Ensure optimal utilisation of project resources across projects.
▪ Maintain effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.
Training, Development and Continuous Improvement
▪ Ensure business cases align with strategic objectives and provide value.
▪ Identify and implement process improvements culture.
▪ Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure adherence to project management standards.
Reporting and Documentation:
▪ Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
▪ Develop and distribute project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
▪ To support the behaviour of working as LTWP, sharing best practice and collaborating with colleagues outside of own sphere of business.
▪ To ensure full participation in the Performance Appraisal Review (PAR) process and maintain an up-to-date record of all training and development activities/programs.
▪ To always act and behave in a way compliant with all LTWP company guidelines and policies, especially those relating to values and behaviours, environmental health and safety, ethics and codes of conduct, as it is through living our values that we strengthen the culture of our business and demonstrate our understanding of LWTP's Code of Conduct.
▪ Any other duties deemed necessary and relevant by the management in the smooth running of the Wind Farm Site operations

Qualifications and Experience
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Advanced Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A Masters degree or PMP certification is preferred.
▪ A minimum 10 years of experience in implementing PMO/ program management, preferably in infrastructure projects. Experience in, IT, HR, or facility management PMO would be an added benefit.
▪ Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of managing large, complex projects.
▪ In-depth understanding of project and program management methodologies and tools, including setting up and running a PMO.
▪ Experience with international standards and best practices.
▪ Proven capabilities in team management.
