<p><strong>Educational and Experience Requirements:</strong></p><p>● Masters or Bachelor’s degree in business financial, business administration, or relevant field.</p><p>● Minimum of 10 years’ experience within a Branch Management position with wholesale, productionand process experience essential Good FMCG knowledge essential.</p><p>●Commercial and financial acumen with a full understanding of the impact of failure in terms of business cost and other important factors.</p><p>● In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry.</p><p><strong>Working Conditions or Company Culture:</strong></p><p>● Detail-oriented: Quality and Precision-focused</p><p>● Stable: Traditional, Stable, Strong processes</p><p>● People-oriented: Supportive, Accept Diversity and Fairness-focused</p><p>● Team-oriented: Cooperative and Collaborative</p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, and Required Competencies:</strong></p><p>● Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development</p><p>● Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.<br></p><p>● Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.</p><p>● Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.</p><p>● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>● Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities</p><p>● Excellent attention to detail skills</p><p>● Leadership and human resources management skills</p><p><strong>Deliverables:</strong></p><p>● Driving volume and value targets on a monthly or weekly basis.</p><p>● Worked for the closure of commercial issues and mange the financial health of the business.</p><p>● Managing conflicts internally and with the trade partners.</p><p>● Managing commercial discipline in the territory</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong><em>Planning:</em></strong></p><p>● Owns the development of monthly demand plans for the branch.</p><p>● Drives collection and reporting of required current and historical branch sales to support category and channel logistics.</p><p>● Drives sales target-setting for on-ground sales and conducts periodic reviews.</p><p>● Leads and reviews branch sales force productivity to meet values and volume targets.</p><p>● Manages branch budget.</p><p><strong><em>Sales:</em></strong></p><p>● Target Achievement by Branch &amp; Sales Team.</p><p>● Daily Meeting of Sales Review &amp; Planning.<br></p><p>● Ensure proper Time Management &amp; Time Keeping by the Sales Team.</p><p>● Ensure proper selling plan by the Sales Team and that they meet the daily/monthly selling target.</p><p>● Plan &amp; Schedule Route visits.</p><p>● Ensure that collections for Cash / Credit Sales are received by EOD/End of Credit Period.</p><p>● Ensure all Sales Team provide continuous/frequent service to all customers/retailers/wholesalers.</p><p>● Ensure proper Rack Share for all products.</p><p>● Learn market trends &amp; report to management.</p><p>● Understand Market Share, Marketing Strategies, Pricing Patterns, and Placement of competitor’s products.</p><p>● Ensure that all Sales Team Maintain good Customer Relations.</p><p>● Plan &amp; Execute promotional activities in coordination with the Marketing Team.</p><p><strong><em>Operations:</em></strong></p><p>● Ensure &amp; Maintain proper stock of products at the branch warehouse.</p><p>● Ensure proper stock management by the Sales Team &amp; Vehicles.</p><p>● Owns general administration for the branch</p><p><strong><em>Finance &amp; Accounts:</em></strong></p><p>● 100% full accountability on ensuring all Approved credits are well controlled and Managed.</p><p>● Ensure all Income &amp; Expenses are accounted for properly in the system.</p><p>● Ensure all Manual Registers of Accounts are maintained properly.</p><p>● Ensure all Cash &amp; Credit balances of parties are cleared well in advance.</p><p>● Ensure all Cash Income received the previous sales day is deposited at the nearest bank.</p><p><strong><em>Human Resources:</em></strong></p><p>● Manpower Planning</p><p>● Employee Joining &amp; Orientation</p><p>● Plan &amp; Ensure Employee Induction &amp; Training</p><p>● Mentoring</p><p>● Team Development</p><p>● Attendance Management</p><p>● Discipline</p><p>● Leave Management</p><p>● Performance Management</p><p><br><br></p><p></p> •
