Client: Major Bank
Duration: 6+ Months (potential to extend)
Location: Long Island City, NY 11101
Pay Rate: up to $76.90/hr (w2)
Overtime rate: up $115.35/hr
Corp-Corp: up to $83.00/hr
Specific Responsibilities:
* Develop campaign strategies in owned channels that align with business and product objectives. Own acquisition forecasting and performance reporting for campaigns.
* Accountability for achieving campaign and business goals.
* Source and manage media buying relationships with advertising partners, portals, publishers, etc.
* Execute campaign management across existing programs in addition to lead pricing negotiations and execute media buying contracts for new initiatives and optimizing creative, messaging and acquisition landing pages
The Ideal Candidate:
* Will have 7+ years of experience in online media/marketing. This experience will preferably be with an established consumer or financial services firm with an innovation focus and a strong online presence.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required
* Work experience in Financial Services a plus
* Has successfully scaled an affiliate program with Commission Junction is a plus
* Has successfully scaled an SEM program on the Marin platform is a plus
* Entrepreneurial and energetic engaged in online activities
* Process and detail oriented
* Ability to develop strategies and execute against them
* Experience with audience-driven marketing optimization through multi-channel attribution, DMPs, and other technology-driven partners
* Experience utilizing online and mobile technologies to drive transactions through online and offline channels
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to look at the broader perspective as it relates to business strategy
* Strong internal marketer; able to win support of peers, seniors and juniors for projects
* Business Knowledge - Has a comprehensive understanding of the business, the organizational structure and key business challenges. Can create a platform with the other businesses that aligns with business operations and delivers a consistent brand experience.
* Internet Marketing Expertise Comprehensive internet marketing expertise including a firm grasp of latest internet industry trends, the ability to understand technical requirements and knowledge of leaders in the space.
* Influencing Strengths Experience leading in a matrix organization and motivating peer group and business unit leaders through strong advocacy for the holistic vision.
* Analytical Skills - Has strong competency in providing analytical insight for marketing initiatives, brand planning and tracking, and budgeting.
