Project Manager - Pharma

Location:

Zifo is looking for a Project Manager who can update JIRA stories, perform a scrum master role, and have project manager responsibilities.  The Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of various technical solutions for large biopharma customers.

We are looking for a mid-level (Intermediate) experience level (6-8 years) who can update JIRA stories, perform a scrum master role, and have project manager responsibilities. 
  

• 8+ years of demonstrated project management and scrum master experience. Preferrable experience working in the life sciences, healthcare, or pharma domain. 

• Should have capabilities to work as a Project Manager and Scrum Master. 

• Strong project management experience, with the capabilities to do project planning, communication, vendor management, stakeholder management, risk management, issues, decisions, and changes. 

• Set up regular cadences with the product team, business stakeholders, and leadership regarding project status and reports. 

• Mentors the team with Agile knowledge to ensure Scrum and other relevant methodologies are understood and applied. 

• Execute, facilitate all the ceremonies, and keep everyone on the train. 

• Helps the Product Owner enact effective backlog grooming techniques; facilitates sprint planning, hosts daily stand-up meetings and sprint retrospectives; and produces sprint burndown and other metrics. 

• Liaises with business, architecture, and operations when there are dependencies in systems and infrastructure. 

• Experience with technology operations processes and terminology for methodologies supporting business and technology collaboration, intake documentation, and handoffs is preferred. Experience with project scoping, requirements, and user stories is also preferred. 

• Experience working with Product Owners (PO), Data Engineers, Testing, QA/Validation, GxP team members, and consultants from the Big 4 

• Project Management and agile scrum methodology expertise in delivering Cloud Data Lake (AWS) and services through a full project lifecycle in a multi-cloud environment. 

• Good to have: Experience working or understanding GxP validation procedures and timelines in a pharma regulatory organization. 

• CSM and SAFe Certification are preferred

• Jira Suite, Confluence 

• ServiceNow 

• Microsoft Project, Miro, PowerPoint
