Tertiary qualification in science and/or Information Technology .
7+ years background working in a pharmaceutical industry with extensive knowledge of Global Medical Affairs (GMA) operations
Effectively interfaces and communicates within the team and all key stakeholders in GMA business group
Ample knowledge of Pharmaceutical R&D Life cycle, Industry process and documentation practices
Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in GMA applications & Mobile Apps.
Experience / understanding of GMA business operations and flow (Clinical research and development, Safety, GMA contracts, vendors, laboratories etc.)
Knowledge of ITIL process and work experience of handling Incidents and Change Requests
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including ability network, are necessary to present critical support / business data to internal business groups and positive interactions with CROs/customers.
Build and maintain detailed process trackers to ensure the progression of key activities, status updates on KPI/Metrics, objectives, and key initiatives.
