- Tertiary qualification in science and/or Information Technology .
- 7+ years background working in a pharmaceutical industry with extensive knowledge of Global Medical Affairs (GMA) operations
- Effectively interfaces and communicates within the team and all key stakeholders in GMA business group
- Ample knowledge of Pharmaceutical R&D Life cycle, Industry process and documentation practices
- Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in GMA applications & Mobile Apps.
- Experience / understanding of GMA business operations and flow (Clinical research and development, Safety, GMA contracts, vendors, laboratories etc.)
- Knowledge of ITIL process and work experience of handling Incidents and Change Requests
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including ability network, are necessary to present critical support / business data to internal business groups and positive interactions with CROs/customers.
- Build and maintain detailed process trackers to ensure the progression of key activities, status updates on KPI/Metrics, objectives, and key initiatives.
