Back Bay Staffing Group is seeking a Senior Legal Product Manager with 4+ years of mutual fund paralegal and legal administration experience. The candidate must also possess proficiency in mutual fund governance and registration. An Associates degree, Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience is preferred. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and resolving issues in connection with providing legal administrative services to clients including disclosure/ registration services, corporate secretarial/ governance services and other regulatory support as needed.
