Core One is seeking an Identity Management Technician to support our program. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance. This position is contingent on contract award.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to IdM programs, plans, capabilities and process development to
include research, analysis, data gathering and presentation preparation
- Provide IdM Assessment Policy support IAW applicable government directives
- Provide IdM Awareness and familiarization briefings to unit personnel and families
- Assist with delivery and execution of the IdM Technicians course
- Perform support to IdM programs under the direction of a senior or intermediate IdM tech
- Identify new operational security technology, techniques and best practices and provide guidance to affect required operational goals and decisions
- Contribute to senior briefing materials and participate in meetings and briefings related to identity courses of action and best practices
Requirements:
- Current TS/SCI required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree on case by case basis
- At least three years of briefing experience and experience directly supporting senior level officials and equivalent
- Two or more years of operational analysis experience focusing on intelligence, identity, or threat analysis
- Experience with the full spectrum of SOF operations and SOF processes
- Experience with creating and presenting risk mitigation strategies
