Telecom Network Engineer
Salt Lake City, UT or Jacksonville, FL
12+Month Contract Responsibilities:
- Perform backups, restores, and disaster recovery setup for Contact Center
- Implement operational automation using scripts
- Work with Cisco Server tools, Verint, and ConvergeOne platform
- Address performance tuning and optimization issues
- Thrive in a global delivery environment
- 24/7 production support and on-call rotation, including weekends
- Telecom Advanced Features knowledge, including UCCE
Competencies & Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Over 4 years of IT experience
- At least 2 years of Cisco Voice and UCCE administration and maintenance experience.
- Expertise in Cisco voice network, Verint maintenance, and VOIP support
- Understanding of distributed and cloud-based technologies, monitoring mechanisms
- Strong client interaction and stakeholder management
- Operation management comprehension
- Collaboration with global delivery teams
