Financial Intelligence Targeting Analyst

Core One is seeking Financial Intelligence Targeting Analyst (Levels 2 to 4) to support our IC program. This position requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Requirements:

(Level 2)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience identifying valid threat targets across various mission AORs and conducting all source target analysis using multiple tools and databases
• Minimum 1-year experience with IC targeting tools
• Demonstrated experience with customer targeting
• Ability to prepare messages on targets and communicate results through the preparation of targeting packages.

(Level 3) 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year experience working with foreign partners
• Well developed ability to communicate results of targeting efforts in various message formats including through the preparation of detailed targeting packages.
• Demonstrated experience using customer messaging system
• Demonstrated experience with customer targeting

 (Level 4)

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Minimum 11 years’ experience
• Broad experience identifying threat targets across various mission AORs and conducting all source target analysis using multiple tools and databases.
• Repeated interaction and experience providing training or giving presentations to foreign partners.
