The team supports a vital collection mission, providing 24x7 support monitoring, troubleshooting, and managing the health and status of mission systems. Team members must have Linux administration, basic networking knowledge, excellent customer service experience, SSH familiarity, event logging documentation experience, and accurate execution of
scripts.
