5+ years professional Experience
2+ years of litigation experience
Experience in any of the following areas preferred: professional or product liability, insurance defense, construction litigation.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of relevant laws and legal procedures.
Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar and in good standing in NJ.

DUTIES:
Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research to gather relevant information, precedents, and statutes necessary for case preparation and client consultations.
Document Drafting: Prepare a variety of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and other legal instruments, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and adherence to established legal standards.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their legal requirements, provide clear and concise explanations of legal processes, and keep them informed of case developments.
Court Representation: Appear in court on behalf of clients, presenting cases, arguing motions, and advocating their interests in a professional and ethical manner.
Case Analysis: Analyze legal issues and case details to develop effective strategies for dispute resolution, settlement negotiations, and litigation.
Legal Compliance: Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends to ensure the highest level of legal compliance and ethical standards.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior partners, paralegals, and other legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
