Here's how you can help. We are currently looking for a Member Experience Specialist to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.

 

Position Highlights:
This position oversees membership programs affecting and delivered by individual Lions throughout the
association. The specialist provides support for and seeks to expand and improve programs to enhance
the member experience.


 

What You’ll Do:

  • Administers membership programs to ensure timely execution and continued evaluation of
    program including volunteer management, expense management and reporting management.
  • Proposes (when necessary) and manages budgets to ensure program delivery is efficient and supported.
  • Works in collaboration with other departments and divisions to develop and implement resources to enhance the quality and reach of each of the programs and initiatives.
  • Develops program briefs to ensure programs support organizational strategic plan, a clear vision and mission is established, goals and objectives are identified, and a program plan is executed.
  • Creates program schedules to ensure timely execution of programs, manages data analysis and quality assurance, regional translation and provides reports to Membership Division Manager for board, administrative officer and executive committee reports.
  • Implements strategic work to improve the viability of new clubs once they have been established.
  • Coordinates program meetings to facilitate program implementation.
  • Responds to Lion inquiries and provides program consultation in such areas as board policy.
  • Liaison with IT and other internal teams for the continued enhancement of member experience digital products.
  • Review, analyze, and provide insight to reports for each constitutional area. Use analysis and insight to enhance worldwide or regionally as needed. Collaborate with other staff to generate new data sets and reports as needed to drive strategic decisions.
  • Manage quality control process, paperless workflow, document archiving and maintain proper documentation of all procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned in support of the membership division.


 

We’re Looking for Someone With:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of
    education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years operational experience (association experience preferred) with increasing
    responsibilities.
  • Experience working with individuals of all levels within an organization, including Board of
    Directors.
  • Ability to travel internationally or domestic up to 10% annually.
