Accounting Coordinator
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Post and review for accuracy invoices, shippers and make approved payments and any other duties required for Accounts payable.
Post checks, audit debit, credit, and G/L accounts
Perform some duties of the receptionist when reception is not available.
Monitor and compile utility charges
Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and requirements:

High School Diploma
Excellent keyboarding skills
Some courses in accounting or finance preferred
Knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems
Good working knowledge of MS office
At least 2 years of experience in the accounting area
Strong written and verbal communication skills
