The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the construction project team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the construction project team, including document management, project scheduling, and coordination of meetings and communications.
• Assist with the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and change orders.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, logs, and other project-related documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project schedules are met.
• Assist with the preparation and submittal of project closeout documentation.
• Provide support to the project team during the construction phase, including maintaining project files and distributing construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with all project-specific requirements, including safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in construction project administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction project management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Understanding of construction project documents, including contracts, change orders, and specifications.
