Description

Maintains a solid knowledge base of the functional capabilities of and is a Subject Matter Expert on the various areas and products within SWIFT
Assists the Engagement Manager in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering technology products. Responsible for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Interfaces with key stakeholders and process leads to define and document resource requirements, delivery goals, and desired outcomes for identified software solutions and global template projects.
Creates documentation including key data metrics and analytics data, resource metrics, financial metrics, executive level PowerPoint decks, instructional material, and newsletters.
Responsible for conducting key budget and resource planning sessions to gain insights into process area needs, workload demands, and resource needs to support critical Run, Change and Grow initiatives across the S4 Technology Team in support of the overall SWIFT program and working with the Engagement Manager to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope for overall support organization.
Provides operational support to the Process Leads and Program Leadership. Configures SharePoint features in production and non-production environments. Engages with various ITS organizations to resolve problems as they arise.
Possesses overall understanding of appropriate business processes and workflows.
Engages stakeholders s and other ITS resources to respond to requests for new functionality and/or enhancements. Collaborates with the Engagement Manager in creating and presenting the appropriate resource estimates and data points to support key decisions and on-boarding processes.
Leads and is responsible all data metrics and analytical analysis across the work channels for the S4 Technology Team. Works with and manages identified on-shore and off-shore resources to develop and execute data consolidation scripts, analytical analysis and all other deliverables and activities related to support of the proper handling and timely delivery of work products.
Provides feedback to other team members, leadership and process leads.
Works with the Engagement Manager and Program Leadership to plan and execute FY Budgets and Resource models.
Participates in reviews of plans associated with program execution.
Assists Engagement Manager with status reporting as required by the S4 Technology Team leadership.
Responds proactively to both business and program issues and escalates appropriately.

Qualifications
Architecting SAP solutions for a wide range of applications, including Master data Management and reporting
preparing and reviewing functional specifications for enhancements and coordinating development of objects
utilizing WIP management process, including S/4 HANA SD, S/4 HANA PS, and S/4 HANA Finance
supporting full lifecycle implementations, including analysis, design, testing and configuration of Sales and Distribution scenarios
converting business requirements into functional specifications to develop ABAP programs
interpreting and translating functional specifications into ABAP (technical specifications), including creating high-level designs for the requested developments
utilizing ABAP code to troubleshoot custom programs and to advise on functional specifications with basic technical specifications
developing comprehensive test plans and executing complex build activities
providing configuration, testing, cut-over, conversion and post go-live support for enhancement projects
Experience delivering projects following SAFE methodology
Familiarity with SharePoint, , MS Project, Client Quality Center, SAP Solution Manger, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel
Prior experience that demonstrates good business understanding is needed (experience in a professional services organization is a plus)
Demonstrated ability in applying repeatable processes and methods to enterprise wide technology projects or initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communications, organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills.
Strong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skill are a must.
Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment.
Ability to effectively conduct detailed discussions directly with Project/Product management.
Excellent team collaboration skills.
Strong relationship building and maintaining skills. Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients (internal and external).
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) is a plus.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Project, Client Quality Center, TFS/Urban Turtle, Automated QA and wire-framing or visualization tools is a plus.
Experience working with Agile development processes.
Experience in packaged software development •
