Position Overview The Project Manager works with Property Management, Real Estate and Development teams to take projects from conception to completion. This position coordinates and implements construction project activities for ongoing capital improvement projects for the existing construction / real estate portfolio as well as participates in the due diligence investigations of facilities. The Project Manager must be able to prepare, implement, and manage the program with the goal of completing the program in a timely manner and within the established budget. |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Works in conjunction with Property / Real Estate Management for the preparation of the budgets, and is responsible to establish, monitor, and update the schedules. • Manages the development of detailed project scope of work and specifications • Manages and evaluates the delivery of project resource requirements and develops methods to monitor the progress of all projects and changes to work scope. • Manages the coordination of vendor and contractor engagements. • Coordinates and assists contractors in obtaining all necessary permits. Education and Qualifications •BA / BS and PMP highly desired Would consider Construction Management, Project Management Certificate, or similar program is preferred depending upon relevant experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project. • Highly effective written and verbal communication and organizational skills are required. |
