Job Description:

Skills And Abilities:
  • Demonstrates the ability to use a personal computer, office equipment and various software programs applicable to the position.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and standards.
  • Ability to translate complex problems & concepts in training.
  • Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to use initiative and judgment skills in carrying out responsibilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
  • Excellent team building and management skills.
  • Organizational skills that promote the ability to work well without direct supervision, manage time effectively and appropriately prioritize multiple assignments to meet project deadlines.
  • Effective collaboration and communication with a variety of individuals, both internal and external, including multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensures recommendations support adherence to all federal, state and other regulatory requirements.
  • Flexibility in job schedule to provide user support and advance project goals.
  • Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location.
  • Ability to develop appropriate teaching tools to meet the diverse learning needs of all prospective users.
Education/Certifications/ Licenses/Degrees:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Healthcare, Epic, Training, Change Management, Project Management or Process Improvement certifications preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
  • Two years previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist or related position preferred.
  • Experience with Epic, Soarian, EDM, MS4, ADT, claims, MIRA, DSG, Experian, Craneware or other revenue cycle solutions software required.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel)
  • Project mana.gement, technical implementations, and change management experience a plus.
