RUS Regulatory Implementation Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define business requirements for system enhancements;
• Interface with the end-user community to determine business requirements;
• Draft functional specifications conforming to business requirements;
• Work with technology partners to ensure mutual understanding of requirements;
• Build interim tactical models which support transition to future state;
• Perform testing to ensure that software complies with functional requirements;
• Support user rollout activities as a Subject Matter expert;
• Track functional deliverables against established time commitments;
• Provide periodic status updates to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting;
• Specific knowledge of a product area(Deposits, Loans, Derivatives, Securities);
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required;
• Detailed understanding and knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements including but not limited to: Regulatory Reporting experience with the following reports; FR2420, FR2314, FR Y-15, FR Y9LP, FR Y 9C, FFIEC009, FFIEC090, SEC-10K, SEC-10Q etc
• Technical aptitude and skills with SQL, Microsoft Access, etc.;
• Exhibit persuasion and leadership skills to work within a highly collaborative culture;
• Must be a quick study and highly effective under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment.
